It's located minutes to the city bike path, Skyline hiking trails, Founders Park, Storybook Island, Jimmy Hilton swimming park, Sioux Park, close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Also 25 minutes from Mt. Rushmore and all the Black Hills has to offer.

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, dozens of chickens, and a large garden.
