The Bunkhouse- 1 bedroom guest suite

Welcome to our bunkhouse! We enjoy offering a clean comfortable space to our guests. Easy access to the highway, free parking, and wifi. We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

This retreat offers breathtaking views from the fire pit, hot tub or the expansive deck, perfect for relaxing & soaking in nature. Enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows over the fire pit or grilling on the gas grill under the carport. Recently renovated, this 1,000 sq ft+ A-frame boasts a delightful blend of bright colors, rustic-industrial design, and boho touches, creating a warm atmosphere.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.
