Single Room to let in Clean House

Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Our home is an eighth floor penthouse with spectacular views and lots of natural light. We are in the creative hub of the East End and ideally placed to enjoy and experience its rich and vibrant culture. We are a short walk (5 minutes) from Bromley-By-Bow tube station, which is served by both the Hammersmith & City and District Line. We are also very near Stratford City with it's superb transport links and world class facilities. The guest room has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
