With 350 feet riverside with green lawns and full of trees in 1.5 acres of land, this house can be used for a peaceful vacation or as party place with family/friends. An indoor synthetic tennis court and the first pickleball court in Kerala are in the property itself. With plenty of lawn area and gym equipment's, active people too have plenty of options.
