La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Einfacher Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Valldemossa ist das perfekte Dorf zum Entspannen, in der Nähe von Palma und anderen Orten auf der Insel (20 Minuten-Palma/30 Minuten- Flughafen).Unser Haus  ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (sowie mit Kindern).

Sunny all year around and in a quiet area within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, although the second one is very small and totally ok for small children. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
