Ancient Country House 1hr from Rome and Naples

House located in the heart of Ciociaria in a large private estate, open countryside, surrounded by ancient trees, olive groves, vineyards. Staying here is already in itself a nice holiday. It can be a base to visit Rome, Naples; sea areas such as Sperlonga, Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina; the Abruzzo National Park; the abbeys of Montecassino, Casamari, Fossanova; historic villages. The farmhouse was built in 1860 and legend has it that unexpected lucky events were made for those who stay there.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Anna's Cottage

In the green Ciociaria, a territory in the heart of the Lazio Region, resides a completely renovated old cottage, featuring 3 large lounges with panoramic windows, 3 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with corresponding balconies (possibility of adding an additional single bed), 1 large kitchen, a TV set, a beautiful fireplace, as well as a laundry facility. You can enjoy the beautiful pool during a warm summer's day, or take long hikes along multiple mountains surrounded by vivid green scenery.

La casa è calda e accogliente ed è un’ottima base per gli amanti delle escursioni, per trascorrere piacevoli serate davanti al camino, cene e giornate comode e serene con i bambini. Si trova in una piccola strada chiusa vicino al fiume Sangro. La piazza principale è raggiungibile da casa con una breve passeggiata. Vicino a casa c'è un parco giochi , un maneggio e la partenza di diverse passeggiate nel Parco, le piste da sci distano 5 minuti in macchina.
