A small apartment located in the central neighborhood of Marijin Dvor. Named after Marija Braun, the wife of August Braun, an entrepreneur who built the venue across the building that hosts this apartment. The street separating them bears his name. The building (Neboder Željezničarsko-štedne zadruge u Sarajevu) is a national landmark, as it is the first skyscraper in Sarajevo. The last floor used to host a cafe, which you could get to by paying one Dinar to ride the elevator.

The apartment is located in Valtera Perića Street on the first floor of an Austro-Hungarian building in the center of Sarajevo. Immediately across the road is the main city center (Sarajevo City Center). From the apartment in just 10-15 minutes walk you can visit the most attractive locations of cultural, historical and entertainment character. Not far from the apartment there are several parking lots. Near the SCC there is one of the parking lots with reasonable prices.
