Castanheira de Pera is a wonderful place to explore this lovely area from. Praia das Rocas is just five minutes away. Visit the romantic shist villages in the Lousa mountains, the historic country towns nearby, swim in the small river beaches or boat on the nearby lake. Just step outside the house onto long walking trails, go cycling on the forest tracks or just sip a glass of local wine and enjoy the unbelievable views. There are summer festas and weekly markets in most of the local villages.

Relaxe com toda a família nesta acomodação tranquila. Situada na pitoresca aldeia da Matagosa, junto ao Rio Zêzere. A Vila T2 Ti Custódio é composta por dois andares. No de cima, encontramos dois quartos com cama de casal e uma casa de banho com cabine de duche. No andar de baixo, temos a sala e cozinha em open space, uma casa de banho com cabine de duche e uma despensa. Por aqui têm acesso a um terraço privativo que dá para a piscina comum e com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o rio.

Deze unieke accommodatie heeft een geheel eigen stijl die gekenmerkt wordt door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen. Het huisje staat op voldoende afstand van het hoofdhuis om volledige privacy te kunnen bieden. De ingang bevindt zich aan de patio, maar het privé terras bevindt zich aan de achterkant waar ook een pad is dat toegang geeft tot het zwembad. Dit pad wordt alleen gebruikt door de huurders van de casinha.
