Room 21 is a hot tub suite located at our vintage motel Downtown Hollister. The room is on the creekside of the building and boasts its own private deck and private hot tub. Enjoy the creek and other shared areas of our place including a pickleball court, bbq area, yard games, indoor game room, and free use kayaks. You are within walking distance to the areas best restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and brew houses at our Downtown Hollister location. We are only one mile to the Branson Landing.

Home owner lives upstairs with a friendly dog. My home is about 59yrs old. She is well cared for and is always getting upgrades. The resort amenities include the swimming pool, access to boat ramp and a dock slip is always available for a small fee, so bring your boat!
