Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Pocohantas Cabin/Hot Tub

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.

Cozy 1 Bedroom House

Perfect for short or extended stay. Close to surrounding small towns and a 15 minute drive into Fort Smith. Perfect for the Holiday season. Fully equipped kitchen. Grocery store right down the street. Within a 5 minutes or less there is Subway, Sonic, Kasey's, Bea's Asian Cuisine, Mazzio's and the Express-o Barn. For extended stays of 30 days or more, please know that an inspection of the property will be required every 15 days. We kindly ask that you do basic indoor upkeep of the house.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Come experience Sunset Cabin nestled on top of the ridge with a view of Wister Lake State Park. Relax and unwind in this one-bedroom cabin, it is perfect for 2 or a small family. Sit on the deck and enjoy views of wildlife or eagles from time to time. Have sweet dreams on a very comfortable queen sized bed, with sitting area and a TV. All linens, utensils, coffee maker, as well as a variety of snacks are provided to make your stay as hassle free as possible.

Either way, you will find a peaceful stay here! From the town of Mena, AR it is about a 15 minute drive to the property.

Utv trails close by. The mountain view is breath taking. Lots of wildlife to see. A great place to just kick back and relax .
