This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Nest: 1905 Carriage House Apartment

Our renovated 1912 carriage house was designed exclusively for Airbnb guests! Set in the midst of Semper Fulgens gardens, this luxury apartment is small but features a large bathroom with clawfoot tub, a loft bedroom with king sized bed, a sitting area, and coffee bar. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.

This home, built in 1864, promises an unforgettable stay, where timeless charm meets modern luxury. A short drive to USI, Mesker Zoo, Disc Golf Course, Helfrich Golf course, and Franklin St. which hosts the Fall Festival, boutiques & bars. This is a nice spacious cabin in the woods right on the water. It has a covered front porch across the entire length of the cabin. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with shower. The interior is all finished in beautiful native hardwood lumber. It is surrounded by large oak trees and has a pond right in front. It is set back approximately 300 ft from a public road which provides excellent privacy.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful get away. 10 acre horse farm located near some of The Shawnee National Forest's best sights.
