It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited.
