Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Winthrop is a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can come "home" and wind down to the sound of ocean waves, seaside birds, gorgeous sunrises, and beautiful moon rises.

This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool & pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & a fire pit. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod.

Peaceful location with over 400 feet of waterfront on Morey Pond. Private saltwater pool. Only a short drive to ocean but no need to leave the backyard! 3 Bedroom plus a pullout couch. Large outdoor deck, propane grill. Two rooms with flatscreen televisions. Large master bedroom with ensuite. Very private, quiet location close to Route 3A and all the shopping and restaurants it has to offer. Only 15 mins to Cape Cod or 1 hour to Boston.

Beautiful Water View East End 2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach on the bay. Just cross the road and take the association maintained steps down to the beach. This beach boasts a nice tidal swing where you can walk out in the shallows during low tide. The condo is in the perfect East End location, combining closeness to the center of town, with your own beach and not having the noise and parking issues of downtown Provincetown.
