Great place to stay any time of the year. Nestled in the northeastern corner of the Sierra Valley sits a cute and cozy loft above our barn shaped shop. Come enjoy all the area has to offer. Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.
