My home is in a quiet neighborhood near major employers and attractions: Dell, Apple, St. David's North Austin Medical Center, and The Domain. Stretch out together on a gray sectional amid a sea of cushions. Wake up in a mid-century-inspired master with eye-catching wall art. Traditional and contemporary elements combine with antique flourishes. Enjoy the private fenced backyard with your pets. Cook a feast in the well stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill. And twin memory foam folding bed (not pictured) also available. The entire house is cleaned professionally before you check-in and is a 2 bed, 2 bath 1100 square foot ranch-style home. Easy 24 hour access with keyless entry. You’ll receive a personal door code via automated text one day before check-in. The entire house is available to you but I'm at your disposal in case you have any questions. The best way to contact me is through AirBnb messages. I'm also available via text message and phone. The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

Howdy Texas! The house ISN'T A PARTY HOUSE. T No loud noises outside after 10pm. Please book another house if you can't be respectful to neighbors. Keep the noise inside after 10pm. This super cleaned house set in a lush backyard with a Not Heated pool, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space. Hiking ,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!
