The property is about 30 minutes from the cities of Boquete and David and the town of Caldera is only 5 minutes away. Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and it is only a few Kms away from Federal Mall in David. This house has all new appliances and furniture, over 600 mbps internet, over 200 channels, and HBO. Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.
