Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

Within minutes you can drive to ATV parks, the highest point in KY, and many other mountainous adventures. Grab some coffee at the old cafe turned coffee shop, and visit the KY Coal Museum just 5 minutes away in Benham, KY. You and your family will leave here with beautiful mountain memories!

We are located in downtown Pikeville, within a very short walk to Pikeville Medical Center and UPike. Enjoy the conveniences of a full kitchen and a quiet area where you can expect a peaceful night's sleep on a quality mattress. There is one queen bed and also a twin rollout bed. Street parking is available in front of the house only. (Please don’t park in the driveway or block it.) We have door code entry so there's no need to hassle with keys. We have a smartTV (no cable) and free Wifi.

Plenty of parking; can accommodate trailers & RVs. RV park is a 45-minute drive.

You’ll find many of the luxuries of a fine home here, but in a smaller home more suitable for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family. Enjoy two large living rooms, one of which is the newly added “log room”, cozied up in front of the gas fireplace for games, movies, or just to relax with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.
