Tropical Mountain Valley Casita

This is one of two houses on a 2.5 acre lot with desert trees, palms, and lot of aloe Vera. There is a pool, playground, and a child sized ride on train. This is a newly remodeled house with a grey wood tile floor. The kitchen has a full-size side by side fridge, cooktop, and is stocked with cooking necessities. It also has private drive and entrance with a patio and grill. A castle gate next to the house creates a unique area to relax in. The area is quiet and dark, great for star gazing.

The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

AZ Music Shack: In Historic Downtown Chandler

This is a one-of-a-kind, stand-alone bungalow I lovingly call the "AZ Music Shack." I originally built it to be my music studio. It’s located near the heart of up and coming Downtown Chandler. Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.

Simple, downtown studio in a historic neighborhood. 10 min walk downtown, 5 min drive to the airport, immediate access to freeways; central to all spring training fields, golf courses, and hiking trails. Ideal spot for *self-sufficient travelers* who will be out and about, and need a quiet, functional place to crash in the evenings. High-end, queen-sized bed. No washer/dryer, but plenty of laundromats nearby. Bath tub drains slowly. Studio is not suitable for *any* animals.
