We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. See allowable dog breeds below. 2 parking spots are available directly behind your side of the home. On-street parking is $5/day. Pet and parking fees will be adjusted after the reservation is made.

Lancaster Luxury Apartment

Your own private entrance, off street parking spot, kitchen, bathroom, dinning area, laundry, and furnished patio. Additional person and extra bed charge at $10 a night per guest with a maximum of four guests. We accept dogs for an additional $25 per stay fee but they must be crated when left alone in the apartment. We do not charge a cleaning fee :-) Minutes from everything Lancaster--bike path, Mt. Pleasant, the downtown historic district, restaurants, and museums.
