Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

The cabin is a remodeled 1950's cabin; Features include-covered deck in front of the cabin with seating - second covered deck in the back with private hot tub, gas fire table, seating, and gas BBQ grill. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.
