Ideally located near the historic towns of Clarkdale and Jerome, Verde valley wine country and just a short drive to Sedona’s Red rock beauty. Close to the Verde River, many hiking adventures and major highway access to Phoenix and the airport.

The Studio is nestled against a hillside, in a quiet neighborhood, off a dirt road not far from Interstate 17 and centrally located to all that the Verde Valley has to offer. We are minutes to Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle, and a short drive to Sedona, Page Springs Wineries, Cornville, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood. Prescott and Flagstaff are about an hour drive. The Studio is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring and as a respite for working and solo travelers.

Make your family memories located in The Heart of Arizona Wine Country. We are 20 minutes from Sedona, 15 minutes from Jerome, and 15 minutes to the Verde Valley River. A day trip to Flagstaff is only 1 hour away. You can enjoy the sunset from your own private patio while sipping wine or sit by the fire with your favorite beverage. Beautiful views from every area of the property. Cozy 1 bedroom is a year round getaway to enjoy the Splashes of Summer and the Crispness of Winter.

Carriage House

The carriage house is part of the Florian Fire House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A short stroll down to Safeway and other shopping, restaurants, and the parks in Payson. It's a great central hub for any of your adventures in the heart of Arizona. There is an espresso machine and full fridge in a small but full kitchen. Cozy bedroom with a gas fireplace! Front and back patio. Washer/dryer in bedroom. Roku TV in the bedroom.

Lake Montezuma The BN-BnB

Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.

Base Camp for Your Adventure

Private, peaceful studio in a centrally located, residential island. One mile to hospital and Yavapai College. Ten minute walk to Old Town's antique, western, local artist shops, wine tasting venues, local brewery, live music. Restaurants galore: brick oven pizza, wood fire grill, quaint coffee shops and more. Quick drive to the recreation trails of Dead Horse State Park, to Tuzigoot Anasazi Ruins, and the mining ghost town of Jerome. Close to Sedona.

The downstairs apartment of the Payson House. Located on the boundary of Tonto forest out towards the end of Airport Lane. A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and open living room with all the amenities you need for a nice couples' getaway. Private entrance with the sounds of our pond as you enter. Heating option in the winter, and A/C option during the summer. Access to hiking the Tonto Forest and surrounding area lakes. Only a 5 minute drive to Green Valley park!

We live in a very quiet community in Cornville, AZ. just 15 mins from the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. 5 minutes to 4 Award-Winning wineries. Hiking to beautiful waterfalls are only a 5 minute drive. (If there's been a good rain) The AZ Fish Hatchery and Bird Sanctuary is only a few minutes drive away. If your traveling with your own horses, we have room for them also. Let us know how many before arrival.
