The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

A beautiful stable conversion within the gardens of Walnut Tree Cottage - a 15th century Tudor thatched cottage. Finished to the highest standards to provide light, airy and spacious accommodation. Located within the South Downs National Park - close to Arundel, Worthing, Findon, Brighton, Goodwood, Chichester. Close to the beach. An ideal base for relaxing, cycling & walking.
