Beautiful and spacious home in Land o Lakes, FL. Great area and quite neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We have a Publix about 5 minutes down the road. We are located 20-35 minutes from: - Tampa Premium Outlets - Restaurant options - The Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel Lagoon - Busch Gardens - Airport - University of South Florida - Major highways and roads (I-275, I-75, Dale Mabry)

Spotless, private two bedroom apartment, located in downtown New Port Richey. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. Only 6 blocks from Main St., where you'll find restaurants, Sims Park, live theatre and plenty of night life choices. And our lovely local beach, Green Key, is only 3 miles away. This apartment is located in a triplex and I live in the back unit, and so I'm usually right there if needed.

This updated home is on a canal that leads to the second largest lake in Land O Lakes, FL. Lake Thomas is a 165 acre private ski lake. No public boat ramps. You live on it or you don't get on it. Home is very private on dead end street with neighbors only on the right side. Entire back of house is mostly windows showing large backyard and water views. Large deck to enjoy the wildlife and peaceful view.
