Park your car for free and we will pick you up at the dock. Enjoy Spectacular Sunrises, Sunsets and all day Sun. Swim, relax, fish from the amazing dock or just relax with your favourite drink.

Get away from it all at this wonderful remote and rustic family cottage. Located at the end of McLaren Island, it is a scenic 20 minute boat ride from the nearest marina near Parry Sound. Enjoy the outdoors fully with cottage amenities including large wrap-around deck, large L-shaped dock and large stone fire pit. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing and hiking. The cottage is a real opportunity to unwind and be at one with nature. No TV or WiFi but there is cellular coverage.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION to rent this cottage. Bring your own boat or rent from a local marina. Taking a water taxi is also an option. Please see our guidebook for some local marinas with these services. The main cottage has modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, large updated 4 pc bath and open concept living/dining rms overlooking the lake. The guest house has 2 queen beds, living area and it’s own bath. The lot gently slopes to the water with shallow sand entry great for kids.

Booking Spring/Summer2025 +++ Boat access only! Boat provided with rental. +++ Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath custom built log waterfront cottage! This property provides island privacy! In true Muskoka fashion experience a 2 min boat ride (boat provided) from the designated mainland parking lot to the large private dock located in front of the cottage. If need be we will happily meet you upon arrival. Bring your own boat and launch for free to access cottage and lake amenities.

Bucktooth Island on Bay Lake: 3.8 acres of Privacy

Row Boat Provided. Two cottages on this island, walking trails, swimming, fire pit, fishing or just relax and take in the scenery. Small white sleeping cabin - has outhouse, no bathroom facility inside. Fireplace not functional. 1 bedroom shared with 2 single beds and 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed. Log Cottage has 1 bedroom with single bunk beds and one bedroom with double bed and a full washroom. Guests will need to bring towels and linens.
