On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Unless you want to sleep in the sea, you couldn't be closer... Unique, comfy, exclusive and traditional Villa located directly on the beach. Step outside the house and go for a swim... Fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves... Enjoy breathtaking views of mount Parnon on the backside.. Our Beach House is accessible walking 4 minutes on the beach (700mt) or with a 4x4. We take care of your baggage and any other heavy transportation needed. This is what makes the spot so special!

The house is built in the respect of the nature, in olive and orange grove, full east, direct access to the sea, near climbing spots. Very nice villa in traditional stones of 189 m2 with all the comfort, facing the sea, rising sun, with access to two wild beaches, SWIMMING POOL. Comfortable for 6 persons max.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

Very quiet, yet only 5 minutes by car to beaches and town. Located next to the mountains with beautiful hiking paths Only 20 minutes to Leonidio for amazing climbing Lots of Tourist attraction in the area. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
