Άνετη, φωτεινή μονοκατοικία για οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή παρέες, ιδανική για ξεκούραση μετά από μια μέρα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση- 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια- από τη θάλασσα σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή μέσα σε δέντρα και φύση.Η Ασπροβάλτα για βραδινές βόλτες απέχει 10 λεπτά ενώ οι ακτές της Καβάλας μόλις 15 λεπτά.
