Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem echten, ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub in einer antiken Stadt Kalabriens bist, passt das Haus zu deinen Bedürfnissen. Pietrapaola ist eine alte Stadt, 12 km vom Ionischen Meer entfernt. Heute leben hier nur noch 200 Menschen. Mein Vater renovierte das alte Familienhaus: ein zweistöckiges altes Steinhaus mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das kalabrische Meer. Perfekt für ein Paar, das die alte Tradition Kalabriens entdeckt. Wichtig: Die einzige Möglichkeit, unser Haus in Pietrapaola zu erreichen, ist mit dem Auto. Keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder Taxis

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

La villetta, con 4 posti letto, è composta da soggiorno/cucina con divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno, terrazzino anteriore e posteriore, posto auto recintato. Dista circa 200 metri dal mare (2/3 minuti a piedi), posizione centralissima e ben servita.

A 200mt dal mare, villa con ampi spazi e tutti i comfort, adatta per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla lontano dalla confusione e dai rumori cittadini. L’alloggio è circondato da un ampio giardino completamente recintato per la sicurezza dei bambini e degli amici pelosi. Per raggiungere la casa è obbligatorio l’uso dell’auto. La spiaggia è libera ed è raggiungibile sia a piedi che in macchina attraverso una strada privata.
