The Villa (1 bedroom + large living room with comfortable double sofa bed, 1 bathroom) has a kitchen equipped with the latest generation appliances (induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machines), cutlery and dishes. Independent air conditioning and heating are available in all environments. The equipment of Villa Vino includes: flat screen TV with satellite channels, safe, wardrobe / wardrobe, cleaning products, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe, bidet. Dining area with kitchenette, dining table in precious solid wood. Household linen and towels, outdoor furniture with outdoor dining area. Free high speed wi-fi is available. The villa retains its rustic charm with stone walls, arches, terra-cotta floors and fireplaces. The pool offers a panoramic view and spectacular sunsets. It is in a secluded place, so peace and privacy are guaranteed while the medieval town of Montone with its charming piazza and selection of fine restaurants, is only a 15-minute drive. Please be aware that there is a stretch of white road, some of which is rough and requires a car set a bit higher off the ground. A 4x4 is ideal.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy.
