In 20-25 minuti di auto (o di pullman) arriverai alle famose e spiagge del Sinis, come Is Arutas o San Giovanni. L'appartamento è ubicato al terzo piano di una palazzina storica senza ascensore.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
