Die zentrale Etage besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, und auf der gleichen Ebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sowie ein zusätzliches Badezimmer. Die oberste Etage besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenem Bad, zwei der drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein zusätzliches Sofa, das als Zustellbett dienen kann.

It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.
