Die liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit wunderschönem Meerblick in Hreljin an der Kvarner Bucht bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Das vollklimatisierte Haus besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern, vier Bädern, einer separaten Toilette, einer Küche mit Essbereich, einem Wohnzimmer und einem luxuriös eingerichteten Außenbereich. Alle Bäder verfügen über Fußbodenheizung. Der Raum erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, das Erdgeschoss und den ersten Stock. Das Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zum Pool und zur Terrasse besteht aus einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esszimmer, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, einem Badezimmer, einer Sauna und einem kleinen Fitnessraum. Vom Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Fitnessraum aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Der erste Stock ist über eine Innen- und eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder und zwei Balkone mit Blick auf das Meer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Safe, Satellitenfernsehen und eine Klimaanlage und 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang im Wohnzimmer und im Fitnessraum. Der Außenbereich besteht aus einer überdachten Außenküche mit Grill und einem wunderschönen Pool mit Blick auf das Meer. Für die gemeinsame Zubereitung selbstgekochter Mahlzeiten stehen Ihnen die Sommerküche und der Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung, die Sie mit der Familie auf der überdachten Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick genießen können. Der Pool wird mit Solarenergie beheizt, sodass Sie ihn auch bei kühleren Temperaturen nutzen können. Im gesamten Haus gibt es WLAN und einen gesicherten Parkplatz. Ist das nicht ein wunderbarer Auftakt zu einem unvergesslichen Erholungsurlaub.
