The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Ideal for families, couples business people and the like. More than just a place to stay, it's a destination in and of itself.

Welcome to "The Captains Cottage" in the charming Alamitos Beach neighborhood. This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

° The Alpine Getaway at The Twin Peaks Lodge °

A short walk to the National Forest and a 10-minute drive to both Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, the historic Twin Peaks Lodge offers 21 unique cabins with a top-rated restaurant on site. Our 3 rules: no smoking no pets (sorry, no exceptions) no grilling or bonfires (we're surrounded by trees!) Some things to note: we have a microwave & small fridge at the cabin, and our restaurant is open for dinner and there's a little market open late just next door!

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Warner Cottage, Lake Arrowhead, Ca

Our sweet cottage is located in the Arrowhead Villas of Lake Arrowhead, CA where you can take long walks or a short 8 min drive to the lake filled with shops and restaurants. There are no lake rights with this reservation; however, if you are wanting water fun Lake Gregory is only a 17 minute drive away. Their entry fees may vary. *Please review house rules before booking
