The neighborhood is a nice place to take a walk, with views overlooking Utica from the south. Hosts are across the street, in case you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. The WheelHouse is a sight to behold, especially because it features a one-of-a-kind 14 foot tall water wheel, which funnels over 22,000 gallons of water every day! The house is located in a scenic, remote area. Though, it is only 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store and less than 20 minutes from the best local dining and shopping. Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

This cozy cottage is nestled in a tranquil setting, with glorious golf course and lake views offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. The screened-in front porch provides the opportunity to relax on the couch or dine at the spacious banquette, all while taking in the beauty of the Upstate New York surroundings. With its proximity to several universities and local attractions, this cottage keeps you connected while offering a wonderfully peaceful getaway.

Knotting Pine Cabin

Knotting Pine Cabin is very spacious and can sleep 9 people. If you are looking for a great get away with friends and family you will love this cabin. Guests can enjoy walking the paths in the forest adjacent to the cabin, a game of horse shoes, canoe available for guests to take to the local ponds and reservoir. Enjoy camp fires and making s'mores at night. We are located on the Tug Hill Plateau with access from the cabin to the NYS snowmobile trail system.
