Townhouse „Viva“ is located in Veli Varoš, one of two oldest town districts outside the, 400 meters distant, palace of emperor Diocletian. The youngest part of the house, its attic,is dated in the 19th century, while other parts of it were built before the 19th century. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

Innerhalb von etwa 5 bis 8 Minuten erreichst Du zwei Strände. Der eine wird von den Einheimischen Coppacabana genannt, dort findest Du viele Chiringuitos und einen Kieselstrand. Der andere liegt auf der Rückseite der Insel, mit Felsen und Klippen, von denen aus Du direkt ins kristallklare Wasser springen kannst.
