Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Daylight Basement Apartment (900 sq. ft.) has a full bathroom, bedroom, living room and bar. Wi-Fi, Darts, 2 smart TV's, small Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, and a Ice Machine. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.
