This lovely guest house located in prestigious Rumson is the perfect place to get away and relax, visit family and friends, or head to the beach. The three bedroom, two full bathroom home has been decorated beautifully with all that you need for a great getaway. It has a dedicated office with two desks, an upstairs den, and a basement with a workout space. The kitchen has Viking appliances and the home has a full size washer/dryer. You also have your own patio for outdoor dining and a fire pit.

The house has all the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space and a BIG backyard with Gazebo and bar area with tv and refrigerator to spend time with friends and family while having BBQ. Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts, and many other stores. One mile to the closest beach and 1.5 to pier village.

The Beachhouse is the ultimate beach front retreat summer getaway . The Beachhouse consist of four private newly renovated modern apartments and tastefully furnished. The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower. Note: The apartment is up one flight of stairs and Approximate SQ feet 350-400

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
