Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Full kitchen, 2 burner gas range top, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, full bath with shower, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher. Private patio, table with 4 chairs, umbrella, grill and outdoor shower No bedding, blankets or towels provided.

Spacious LR and DR with outdoor covered patio, fire pit and hot tub give you plenty of options to do just that! Just 1 mile from some local iconic spots like Parker house, Tap House & Rods (among others). King bed in primary on 2nd floor, queen bed on 1st floor with dedicated workspace and twin bed in other 2nd floor BR. We’ll see you at 115tenthavenue

Spring Lake Family Rental- 3 Blocks from Beach

Welcome to our Airbnb rental! The apartment rental is on the same property as our home, and is above the garage in back of our home. This is a completely private space, but we do share the driveway of the home and since the apartment is above the garage, we are occasionally in the garage grabbing our bikes or beach chairs. The space is within walking distance of the beach, lake, and shops/restaurants in town. There are enough beds to accommodate larger families for a beach getaway!

Near the beautiful town of spring lake, Belmar marina night life, 15 mins train ride the boardwalk in Point Pleasant beach. 15 mins drive to asbury park and 10 mins walk to the train station.

this is a freestanding facility that has Wi-Fi microwave refrigerator air conditioning and an outdoor shower few feet away. Yes you can use the back porch or/or the patio and backyard. The main bathroom is in the house which is close like 11 feet. A dry sink* is provided. It's a charming chalet, cabana, pool house or whatever you'd like to call it. *
