This charming 1930's farmhouse sits in the locale of a "retired" 180+ acre dairy farm and is roughly 15-20 minutes away from Boone/Jefferson. If you enjoy mountain scenery, hiking trails, or any outdoor activities, Ashe County is the place to visit! NOTE: The farmhouse only has ONE BATHROOM and it is located INSIDE BEDROOM #1 (bathroom is not accessible via any other rooms besides bedroom #1).

This small charming cottage is located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Glendale Springs. It’s close enough to ‘do all the things,’ but you’ll feel totally secluded at The Happy Place. A fun mural waits for your selfies! Near Hiking, tubing, kayaking, and waterfalls. West Jefferson is within 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the large fire pit or play games at the picnic table (we have a drawer full!). Want to bring friends? They can reserve the other tiny house on the property! Ask me about it!

Out of the Blue Cabin, A Mountain Escape

Out of the Blue Cabin cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located in quaint West Jefferson, NC. With stunning views, Out of the Blue Cabin is the perfect little getaway spot to relax and unwind from life's demands. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 (5 in beds and can accomodate an additional sleeper on the couch in the living room), has a fully functioning kitchen, gas grill, WiFi, TV, all with a rustic mountain feel. Bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are included in your stay.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Mayapple loft - Glamping on The Parkway

Our private tiny glamping cabin with loft, outdoor shower, port a John, covered patio with grill and fire pit is located on 40 acres in the middle of a National Park just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Down the road you can enjoy rafting, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, frescoes, paragliding, skiing and waterfalls.
