This is a lovely self-contained studio flat in the leafy suburb of Hunters Bar. A light and airy open-plan space with modern facilities and access to a large garden with patio & decked area. This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

This stylishly decorated,spacious flat is a perfect place to stay in when visiting the area for either leisure or work purposes. The flat is located in the bustling Nether Edge which is near Sheffield University,hospitals and the ever green Peak District. It is very well equipped to provide a home to home experience during guests stay. It comprises of an entry way with a washing machine, an open plan kitchen/diner/living area ,a bathroom with shower, a spacious bedroom and walk-in closet.

Beautiful garden flat.

Cosy, light, stylish, comfortable self-contained garden flat on a quiet street in the popular area of Meersbrook *IMPORTANT: I meet guests in person, latest check-in is 8.30pm as I work early mornings. It’s quiet here, but you might hear us upstairs before school Mon-Fri 7am-8.30am & after school. Alt wknds kids away, or we’re quiet 7pm until 9.30am 😊 Close to the park, cafes, and cool bars, antiques area. 15 mins drive from the Peak District. Easy access to Sheffield town centre.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable spot. A delightful, self-contained, single-storey annex just three miles to the Peak District National Park and three miles to the heart of Sheffield City centre. The Hideaway offers a stylish, well-equipped base for two guests, perfect for a romantic escape; a retreat after a busy business trip or a night at Sheffield's famous Crucible Theatre to watch the snooker. There is a regular bus service out to the Peaks as well as into the city.

Private attic flat, close to the Peaks and City.

Cosy and private attic space available in a comfortable Victorian house, 30 minutes from jct 29 of the M1. We are very close to the Peak district, just 10 minutes away by car, and Graves Park and woods are behind the house. We live on a main bus route, with cinema's, theatres, Climbing works, and other venues, and the city easily accessible. Local cafe's, pubs, micropub's and independent shops are also a minutes walk away in this thriving location of Woodseats.

Entire coach house with parking on Ecclesall Road

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

Wild garden retreat: outdoor types and adventurers

These are very unusual spaces and not for the fainthearted. They are Swedish-standard log cabins set at top of long steep garden with own patio, separate entrance, amazing views and walk to main house where kitchen, bathroom and lounge situated. No disabled access and can be slippery in wet weather, best for fit sustainable-living types as near greenhouse, veg-patch with wild berries, soft fruits and lovely garden. Fast internet, desk and lots of privacy.
