1 bedroom apartment on 1st floor in a luxurious resort in kapparis area in protaras. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the 3 fascinating beaches. Just 200 meters from the kapparis main avenue,where you can find many restaurants,pubs, supermarkets, kids play ground and bus stops.In the bedroom there is 1 large double bed and 1 single one,where can stay 2 adults & a child. In the living room there are 2 soffas. On request a camp bed can be placed for another person.( or a cod bed for a baby).

Recently completely refurbished to a high standard the apartment has two large bedrooms one of which has a king size bed and the other has two large singles which can be pushed together to make a king size double. Both bedrooms offer generous wardrobe space, a full length mirror and a dressing table area.

The flat inside is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 5 persons, the unfortunate condition of common areas means we have to lower prices to compensate for that, and a stay by the beach at a bargain price!
