You'll love having a freshly renovated, cozy space to call home base during your Poconos visit. When you're ready, you can hit the areas hiking trails or rally out to the slopes. Grace and Favor - welcoming one bedroom suite

Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, fresh fruit, cream, yogurt and fresh bake good are found in your room at checkin. Friendly sheep will greet you on arrival.

“Pretty In Pink” at the Terry House !

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. We purchased The Terry House, in January of 2023 and have been renovating the home for the last two years. This room is on the 2nd floor inspired by Jackie Kennedy featuring antique and historic art work. This private room is spacious, with a queen bed as well as private baths and a mini fridge in the room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor with a Keurig and microwave for you to use.

The Lofts @ 42 - Queen City Room

The Lofts@42 offer the unique experience of lodging inside an actual production brewery. 42 North Brewing Company is located in the historic village of East Aurora, NY. This type of "brewcation" is one-of a-kind in the state of New York. The Queen City Room features decor representing historic, industrial Buffalo. Images from the city's grain silos and original molds from the Buffalo Foundry & Machine Co. adorn the walls. A juliet balcony overlooks the brewery's beer garden below.

The Birch & Berry Inn Hinesburg, VT -Birch Sunrise

Offering "Stick Season" discounts of 25% for most of Nov and Dec. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. We have friendly goats who love visitors. We can also offer "special packages" such as wine upon arrival, just ask!

The Terry House, a Federal Townhouse circa 1860, is located in historic New Castle, Delaware. This room is on the 2nd floor, featuring a historical nautical theme in one room and historical classic cars in the other room. This suite features, a queen and a full beds as well as private baths and a mini fridge in each room. There is a common area space called the parlor room on the first floor to work, hangout, or play games. ** Not serving breakfast at the moment.

Nest Hudson Boutique Hotel - Two Bedrooms

This is a 2 bedroom suite. Stay in a beautiful, modern and stylish private suite at Nest Hudson, a newly renovated boutique situated in a charming 100-year-old home. Lounge in the chic rooms featuring hardwood floors and bold blues before heading out the comfortable shared backyard, rocking chair front porch or enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea and relax on the back deck. There are 5 private, well-appointed suites available ideally located in the heart of town.

HALL HOUSE. West Wing Gold Room

Historic Hall House with its distinctive Greek Revival colonnade is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is the oldest house in Brookville (circa 1848) and has recently been completely restored inside and out. Hall House features 5 deluxe guest rooms each with private entrance, fireplace and modern bath. There is a large Painting Gallery and Sunroom where continental breakfast is provided. A small kitchen is also available to guests.

Come stay with us at The Cannery Lofts Niagara and feel the energy of our brand-new loft rooms located in a historic, reclaimed 1900s warehouse. Featuring 15-foot ceilings, exposed concrete walls, and modern and spacious bathrooms. This unit features a kitchen including a full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave, and induction cooktop. We provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step back in time to the height of the Jazz Age in this meticulously restored 1890s Harlem Brownstone.
