Just 1 mile from Philadelphia with free on site parking in a safe residential multicultural neighborhood! This unique place is the deluxe version of the original BohoChic which with the addition of a an extra bedroom with a garden view. If you have eclectic style, this spacious, sparkling clean B&B is for you ! It is just 5-15 minutes from concerts and a historic mansion with hiking trails . There is a supermarket and Planet Fitness 3 blocks down the street. Lots of public transportation too .

Starlight Carriage House - 5 min Wayne & Villanova

Escape to this comfortable, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment in a stand-alone 120-year-old carriage house. This property has a kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Starlight was one of three horses stabled at one point on the first floor. We preserved the structure's cedar shake exterior, its wood beams and original floors, and exposed the interior cupola. It’s a joy to see it all come back to life! One guest wrote, "I loved watching the shadows of the trees as they danced across the room."

There is a 1 day preparation time between each guests for cleaning & disinfecting purposes, in this fully furnished in-law suite with many amenities including a Washer, Dryer and a Neck, Back Massage Chair Pad. This is an Older Yellow Bungalow House and it's located in a quiet street with little or no traffic and walking distance to 2 parks. All major highways are less than 3 miles away, such as 295, 73 & the NJ Turnpike, as well as a many shopping centers, restaurants and malls nearby.

Enjoy this nonsmoking, newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom with quartz countertops. Adjustable tempurpedic bed w lumbar, vibration, under bed lighting, and Ritz Carlton pillows and Hotel Collection bedding will put you in the clouds. Near Boeing, airport (10min) and train station 10 min walk. This is a great quiet place to work from. Apartment is private with a nice (motion detected) lighted brick and concrete path to entrance w patio around back. No stairs. Must be a non smoker!

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home.
