Near the Boardwalk/Beach 2nd/3rd Floor Apartment

In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Note, the photo shows the entire building, this 2nd/3rd floor only, I am on the 1st floor (except July and August) and will assist you in any way I can to make sure your stay is memorable in every way, please check my reviews. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Relax with the whole family. The unique A-frame has spectacular views of the Delaware Bay and is less than 200 feet from the beach. Updated bathrooms, kitchen, all new bedding, and new furniture. The kitchen is well stocked and dining is inside as well as on the screened in porch. Enjoy the serene, quiet Cape May Point, while within biking distance to lively, fun Cape May. The house abuts state land and has amazing sunsets. Weekly rentals summer season. NOTE: Linens not provided.

Steps to the beach, mall, restaurants. Steps to it all. Please also note: this is a second floor unit above two VERY BUSY businesses. Last note:once you park your car, you will have a designated parking spot about 3 blocks away (or you can choose to pay the meter and keep it closer). When we lived here, we parked our cars blocks away. You are on the two most popular streets in town…Jackson and Beach. We lived here for years. It truly is the best location in town.
