Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Surrounded on two sides by park/field space, we're within walking distance of the popular RiNo district, City Park and more ! Once inside the shared back entrance of the house, you’ll go down a few steps to access your private entrance to your own self-contained, studio space featuring a kitchenette and a newly renovated, private bathroom.
