This small cabin is across the street from the beach! It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). Experience all that Kings Beach has to offer right out the front door, it’s truly that close to everything. Love winter sports? The TART but stop is across the street. From here you can (for FREE!) jump on the bus for a quick ride to Northstar. No costs or parking hassle required!

You'll love the private hot tub and urban cabin vibe. We are available for 30 night minimum stays most of the time, and nightly or weekly during the holidays and summer peak season. Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
