Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

This home is located nearest to the confluence and so many hiking trails, biking trails, and outdoor spots so unique to the Gold Country.
