Nybyggt gästhus med AC, gångavstånd till centrum

Nybyggd gäststuga (2021) på 25 kvm plus sovloft. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår. Gångavstånd till Piteå centrum (2km), sjukhuset, Nolia, flera av fotbollsplanerna på Piteå Summer Games och bad vid Storträsket. Stugan är utrustad med wifi, smart TV, tvättmaskin och AC. Två personer kan sova i bäddsoffa (140 cm bred), två på sovloftet. Egen altan med sol större delen av dagen. Parkering delas med värdfamiljen. Vintertid finns möjlighet att ansluta till elektrisk motorvärmare.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Holiday cottage in central Arjeplog

The small house is located near the center of Arjeplog. It is only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, but still the house has a holiday and cottage feel like it would be in the middle of the forest. The house is completely renovated in 2017 and everything is in good condition. It's a very small but well-planned space where you can accommodate a family or group of friends. Welcome to Arjeplog and this beautiful area.

Nybyggd vackert belägen stuga i fantastisk miljö, lugnt precis vid en fors i Arjeplogsströmmarna. Fantastiskt fiske. Brygga och grillplats. Helt ensamt läge. Det har även visat sig vara ett bra ställe för att se Norrsken eftersom det inte finns några gatlysen som lyser och stör observationerna under den mörka tiden på året. Dock finns det inga garantier att man ser det om inte förutsättningarna är dom rätta.
