Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unit A has a master bedroom with king size bed and sofa, loft bedroom with a full size bed and there is a full size pull out bed in the living room sectional sofa. Just recently added Satellite TV. This is one of two units located in the same building. 15 min drive to wedding venues in Highlandville Mo, Republic Mo, Clever Mo. Short drive to Branson Mo or Springfield Mo. Owner lives on site not with you.

Step into the past and experience farmhouse living in this completely remodeled 100+ year 2 story, which was the homestead for a Missouri Century Farm.
