Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Many outdoor activities await you just minutes away at Green Lakes State Park and The Erie Canal. Come enjoy a calm and peaceful stay at this private and quiet location!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
