Lemon Tree Cottage

Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Eco Spa Cottage

Nestled amongst trees our cottages have a private master-bedroom with queen bed, loft bedroom with an open plan double and single bed configuration. A luxurious bathroom with hand-crafted timber finishes and a rainwater spa bath. The living and kitchen area is a generous open plan design with a wood fire. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas cook top and fridge/freezer. The expansive windows open on to a wrap-around verandah where you can enjoy a BBQ or just relax in the hammock.

Ironbark Cottage, Karuah

Ironbark Cottage provides simple self-contained, self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people in a quiet bush setting 2 kms west of Karuah. Just off the Pacific Highway, the cottage is 20 mins to Raymond Terrace & Medowie, 30 mins to Hawkes Nest beaches, 30 mins to Newcastle Airport (Williamtown), 45 mins to Nelson Bay or Newcastle, 1 hour to the Hunter Valley and 2.5 hours to Sydney. There is plenty of parking space for a boat, caravan or trailer and a fenced yard and kennel for pets.

It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again.
